Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ocs8my ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the ocs8my platform, including all games, financial services, promotions and customer support offered.

By accessing the ocs8my website, registering a new account, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet through this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

The Malay version of this document is the primary version applicable to Malaysian users. Should there be any inconsistency between the English translation and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.

User Eligibility

Use of the ocs8my platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and during use of the platform;
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of or for any third party;
• Not be legally prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion status or restriction enforced by any regulatory body;
• Not act as an agent, proxy or representative of any other party in dealings with this platform.

ocs8my reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Users who do not meet these eligibility requirements are fully responsible for any consequences arising from their unauthorised use, and ocs8my reserves the right to freeze or close such accounts and withhold related balances pending the outcome of an investigation.

Account Registration

Each user is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including full name, mobile number, email address and any other required details. Users are responsible for updating this information should any changes occur.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account password. ocs8my recommends using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. The platform will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The ocs8my platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods. Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour of the request being received by the system.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the same registered user. ocs8my reserves the right to request verification documents before approving a withdrawal for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

• All transactions are recorded and can be reviewed in the transaction history section of the user's account;
• Any discrepancies in transaction amounts must be reported within 7 days;
• ocs8my does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers;
• Withdrawals for accounts under investigation will be put on hold until the investigation is concluded.

Bonuses and Promotions

ocs8my offers various promotions to registered users. Each promotion has its own terms that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: ocs8my offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. Alternatively, if you deposit RM3,200, your bonus will be RM1,500 (the maximum), bringing your balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per user for each promotion offered;
• ocs8my reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through unfair means or fraud;
• Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of the promotion concerned;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit set for each promotion;
• ocs8my reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

VIP Programme

The ocs8my VIP Programme is designed to reward loyal platform users. There are four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each offering a different weekly cashback rate.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier is based on the user's activity record and loyalty on the platform. ocs8my reserves the right to review and adjust VIP benefits from time to time. A tier downgrade may occur if a user's activity drops significantly within the specified period.

Game Rules

All games available on the ocs8my platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and 4D lottery — are operated in accordance with their respective rules and terms, which can be reviewed in the help section of each game.

Game results are final once a round ends and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure. In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing game, ocs8my reserves the right to cancel or settle the game based on available system data.

Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering rules set out in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from contributing towards bonus wagering requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the ocs8my platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technological tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Attempting to exploit any technical weaknesses or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems;
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through methods such as registering multiple accounts, using false identities or account-sharing techniques;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform;
• Disrupting other users' experience in any way, including collusive cheating in games;
• Disclosing or sharing confidential information relating to the platform's systems with third parties;
• Making any false or misleading claims to the platform or other users.

Account Closure and Suspension

ocs8my reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information;
• Failure to meet requested identity verification requirements;
• Instructions from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the ocs8my support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all balances have been settled and there are no active bets remaining.

Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence;
• Delays or failures in financial transactions caused by third-party payment service providers;
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

The maximum liability of ocs8my under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

All content on the ocs8my platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the exclusive property of ocs8my or its content licensors, and is protected by international copyright law.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from ocs8my. The ocs8my brand name, logos and trademarks may not be used in any context without prior written permission.
